About me...
With 20+ years’ experience and extensive track record building strong, high-morale teams that have successfully delivered multiple software product launches at a global scale. I've an Entrepreneurial, start-up mindset - professional skilled in Product Design Strategy, User Experience, Product Strategy and data-driven/user-centric design.
I’ve built and led numerous successful, high performing product and design teams, in some amazing companies across UK, Europe, U.S. and APAC. Some notable highlights included the definition and delivery of Microsoft’s DDK (Design and Development kit) and building JUST EAT’s first UX team and supporting their transition from “start-up” through to a successful IPO and public company.
With a broad experience across product, user experience, product design and research, I’ve developed a strong understanding of what it takes to drive value and ROI through Product Strategy and Customer Experience. Also, developed a knack for knowing also what NOT to do (especially in startups).
In parallel, the strategic roles I’ve had in various small to large organisations has also given me the tools to understand how to best to integrate great product and design strategy into a company’s wider business goals, to deliver products at quality, speed, and scale.
I’m mostly sector agnostic and just enjoy working on amazing, challenging digital products and working with multi-disciplinary teams from all backgrounds, throughout every phase of a products lifecycle.

I focus on the customer and business value and requirements, and enjoy motivating and inspiring teams to create incredible customer experiences through tangible, measurable results. I build strong relationships between product, engineering and commercial teams in order to drive ROI and commercial success.
